Terms & Conditions
1. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment on eventwindows.com.
2. Participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID at event check-in.
3. EventWindows and the organizer reserve the right to modify schedules, routes, or formats with prior notice.
4. Age limits and category eligibility are as published on the event listing.
5. Event kit collection and entry timings are communicated via email and SMS confirmation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15+ days before the event: 80% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations made 7—14 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: no refund; registration may be transferred once.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund is processed within 7—10 working days.
